The highest form of currency the company has is its expertise, skill and the reliability of its employees, of which there are around fifty.
The company's premises underwent partial reconstruction in the year 2000 and is equipped with modern technical
facilities:
Rover 20 and Rover 22 machining centres
Intorex TRV-45 and TR-90 automatic wood-turning lathes
Zeidler dyeing drums
Weinig - PROFIMAT 23 E four-sided planer
Unostar screen-printing semi-automated machines including drying tunnels
Paint shop with water screen
Standard equipment such as sizing saw as grinders, drills, etc.
At present the company makes around 250 different types of toys as part of an extensive range. These include, for example, babies' rattles, rocking toys, dolls' houses, board games, accessories for children's rooms, etc.
The material we use is hard wood or birch plywood. The surface finish is often polyurethane or water-based varnish and paint. A large proportion of our products are screen-printed.
